Crescent Road – New Build project.
This interesting project is for a new build property that will have five bedrooms across four floors. The final design will also incorporate a semi basement. We’ve completed RIBA stage 3 with planning approval.

Loughton – Sympathetic property remodelling.
The images we’ve created for this project are for proposed two storey extensions and roof alterations that both complement and enhance the appearance of the existing property. The proposals provide a better family home, resulting in acceptable development in the Green Belt and complying with all relevant planning policies.

South Woodford – Internal rearrangements.
In these images, we’ve redesigned most of the ground floor to incorporate a better kitchen and dining space for the client. The designs also incorporate a downstairs toilet and utility room. Like many of our projects, we created a 360 Degree Virtual Reality experience which allowed the client to view the proposed changes through a Virtual Reality headset.
