Firstly, as always we hope that everyone is keeping well and staying safe as we continue into March. As I write this update, the sun is shining and it’s a beautiful day here in Highams Park. Hopefully it won’t be too much longer before we can all start to enjoy spending more time outdoors with friends and family once the lockdown is finally over.
For this months March update, I thought that I’d share some “before and after” images of some initial side extension design concepts we created for a residential property.
We explored two options, with both of them being a good addition to the existing characteristics of the street. A double storey side extension for a bigger kitchen/dining space and a more spacious living on the area on the ground floor. For the first floor, we proposed to make the three existing bedrooms bigger, a study and a more appropriate bathroom for a family.
