EV Architects Diary June 2021 Update. House Extension Chingford.

As always, we’d like to start this update by saying that we hope you are all keeping safe and well 🙂

I apologise for the lack of an update last month, but we have been SOOOO busy with upcoming projects that I just didn’t have the time to put pen to paper (or finger to keyboard as it were). Anyway, I’ve finally come up for air and used a spare 5 minutes to give you an update on an exciting new project we’ve been working on, for yet another beautiful property in Chingford E4.

Chingford. Extension and internal alternations.

For this project, we’ve created the below designs to extend the roof plan and provide a loft room which has two rear-facing dormers, in addition to the creation of a small front porch and the erection of a gated boundary wall.
