Stage 1 – Project planning.

Working closely with our in-house architects, designers and external contractors, our in-house Project Manager will personally oversee every stage of your project, from arranging the initial concept designs to submitting your planning application and then attending site throughout the building stage to ensure that everything runs smoothly, and the work is carried out to the highest standards.

Your Project Manager will provide you with progress updates every step of the way, ensuring that all work remains on-schedule and within budget.

Stage 2 – Design and Architecture.

Our in-house team of highly talented architects have decades of experience, creating stunning bespoke modern, contemporary and traditional designs to satisfy all tastes and desires. 

From initial concept images to the final architectural design, we’ll take you through the full journey of turning your idea into a reality – maximising your living space on the inside and creating a striking design on the outside that leaves a lasting impression.

Stage 3 – Planning Permission and Building regulation application.

Our in-house team will take full ownership of your planning and building control applications. We have decades of experience in successfully obtaining planning permission and Building control approval for hundreds of projects across London. 

We will also ensure that any structural and cosmetic changes made to your property comply with the local planning guidelines and building control regulations before any application process commences. 

Stage 4 – Tender and Build.

Our Project Manager will oversee the final construction phase of your project, ensuring that all work is completed on-time and to the highest standards.

We will create an invitation to Tender (ITT) on your behalf and distribute this to a trusted network of local reputable partners – including building contractors, electricians, plumbers, plasterers and other tradespeople that specialise in various niches.
